Robert Half International Human Resources Assistant in Newport Beach, California


OfficeTeam is actively seeking a well-organized and motivated Human Resources Assistant located in Orange County. The Human Resources Assistant will enter employee information into the HRIS database, assist in the administration of the recruiting process, and light payroll/timekeeping assignments when needed. The position requires good judgment and discretion. Attention to detail and the ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers are critical attributes for this role. Detail oriented demeanor and clear communication are essential.



• Answers incoming HR phone calls, assists callers and communicate messages to team members accurately and in a timely fashion

• Receive and route packages; open and distribute mail and faxes

• Assist HR team with obtaining required employee paperwork

• Filing and scanning documents

• Timely completion of all mandated compliance training

• The ideal candidate has experience with HRIS software such as ADP and is proficient in all Microsoft office tools


• Bachelor's degree required

• Experience in the Human Resources field highly desired

• A minimum of two successful years in an administrative role

• Solid knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
