Integrated Technologies Owner
As an Integrated Technologies Owner in Client Relationships-CommunityWorks, you will be responsible for the technical components of Cerner client project implementations. You will work with internal and external clients and partner relationships to achieve business objectives. Be able to manage the complex technical client projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes. You will define client strategy and technology roadmap, in order to direct and manage a team of associates responsible for delivering the technical aspects of a client implementation project. Integrated Technologies Owners design, build, and maintain complex technical project plans based on contractual commitments, and act as an escalation point for technical issues and risks. As a key member of this team, you will work independently with little supervision and be able to prioritize and manage concurrent projects while working with ambiguity. It is also important for you to be able to break down complex situations and communicate them effectively to clients and internal project teams both electronically and verbally (which includes but not limited to leading and directing client calls). You will understand and execute written technical work instruction and will understand and document complex technical communication.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
At least 3 years project management or health care information technology (HCIT) consulting work experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
At least 1 year health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
At least 1 year of working experience utilizing project portfolio management (PPM), JIRA, or Remedy software tools
At least 1 year of networking experience
At least 1 year of finance experience working with contracts and with Project Number (PN) management
Willing to travel up to 30% as needed
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City area
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
