Tracks and records employee attendance.
Compares attendance record to CBA's and notifies Operations if disciplinary actions are necessary.
Notifies employees when licenses expire and files new licenses.
Provides HR and Payroll forms to employees.
Processes uniform requests for field employees.
Files HR paperwork and disciplinary actions.
Assists with scheduling PTO requests.
Provides documentation to Operations when needed.
High school diploma required and Associate's degree or higher preferred. Three years successful office administration
