The Digital and Client Solutions team, reporting to the U.S. Wealth Management CEO, develops industry-leading solutions that enable wealth management clients to live their lives with financial confidence through connected experiences. The team is charged with creating a fully integrated, elegant and seamless end-to-end experience for clients across the Aspiring Affluent, Established, and High Net Worth client segments. We build the strategic vision and lead the development of product and solutions, including online brokerage and advice, digital solutions, lending and retirement products and best-in-class experiences for all clients. Our strategy is to create solutions that deepen client engagement, increase scale and profitability, attract new clients and drive productivity.

PositionOverview:

The candidate will be involved in the strategy, design, launch and integration of new investing propositions across U.S. Wealth Management, and will work on a variety of initiatives including competitive analysis, customer analytics and research. He/she will be involved in brainstorming/ideation sessions to design our value proposition and identify differentiation drivers. He/she will be a critical part of day-to-day execution of strategy efforts, working with a cross-functional and cross-LOB team, contributing thought leadership to efforts as well.

The candidate will work closely with partners across Consumer Banking and Consumer Lending, to identify opportunities to build new relationship experiences to drive client acquisition and deepening with clients across the Aspiring Affluent, Established and High Net Worth client segments.

The ideal candidate is a structured, highly-organized individual who can flexibly adapt to a fast paced environment, has superior analytical skills and is an effective communicator. The candidate should be passionate about developing digital solutions, excited to work with both business and technology, willing to dive into learning the existing landscape, and experienced working in a corporate environment.

Candidates should have excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills. He/she should be strong at communicating in written and oral form, and have experience being part of strategy initiatives across teams and partners. He/she should be passionate about digital and financial services. Successful candidates will be expected to move up the learning curve quickly and contribute effectively to a fast-moving agenda.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with strategy teams to createa vision and roadmap for relationship experiences for all client segments

  • Conduct customer research to validatevarious hypothesis on relationship tiers and benefits

  • Lead the requirements writing and user designprocess; support usability testing and translate findings into iterativeproduct and user design updates

  • Deliver experiences by working directlywith technology, business, operations, legal, and compliance

  • Research and analyze the competitive landscapeacross wealth management, with a focus on investment product offering, pricingand relationship benefits

  • Present findings and project progress toexecutive management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’sdegree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics

  • 2-5 years of experience in financialservices, strategy consulting, or business development

  • Understanding of building web andmobile experiences

  • Abilityto work effectively in a matrixed and rapidly changing environment

  • Abilityto prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industrytrends

  • Excellent relationship buildingcapabilities with internal and external partners

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical problem solving skills

  • Excellent communicator with solidwritten and verbal presentation skills
