JOB DESCRIPTION
Fox News Media has a great opportunity for a Vice President, Ad Sales Brand Marketing. As the Vice President, Ad Sales Brand Marketing, you will report to the Senior Vice President, Ad Sales Brand Marketing, and will work closely FOX News Media (FNM) executives within Ad Sales to create the trade-facing go-to-market messaging and communication strategy in effort to drive demand in the marketplace and support revenue generation for FOX News Media's portfolio of properties and products. In this role, you will manage a team of marketing professionals.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Collateral and Materials:
Create the Trade Communication strategy and plan including development of breakthrough marketing materials (presentations, trade website/online media kit, sizzle videos, programming one-sheets, client mailers, campaigns and eblasts, etc.), Paid Media strategy and Client Experience events for FNM Ad Sales
Partner with and be the key liaison for stakeholders including Research/Strategy/Analytics to develop positioning and marketplace messaging for FNM brands and platforms-FOX News Channel, FOX News Digital, FOX Business, FOXBusiness.com
Work closely with the VP, Integrated Marketing to co-create marketing materials with sellable sponsorship opportunities

Client Experience & Trade Marketing:
Partner collaboratively with Consumer Marketing & Media Relations to align on messaging and manage the relationship with various external vendors and partners (trade media) to bring messaging to market
Ideate and set calendar of compelling internal and industry events, speaking engagements, and bespoke client experiences (virtual and in-person) that deliver on strategic priorities and brand propositions in an endemic manner; Strategically align opportunities where talent can represent FNM in the marketplace when possible
Develop and manage the merchandise plan throughout the year
Oversee brand representation on trade marketing website and sales materials (messaging, key art, etc.) keeping content current

Internal Communication/Facilitation:
Act as key liaison with the FOX Ad Sales Portfolio Marketing team on opportunity projects, Portfolio Client Experience, and Portfolio Marketplace Positioning
Produce annual internal sales meetings and executive presentation materials
Collaborate and facilitate communication with internal teams and leverage FOX resources and owned/operated assets
Build library of materials for the Sales team and oversee management

Management:
Prioritize and oversee brand marketing projects; Manage communication plan timelines, workflow, and report team progress to SVP
Lead, manage, and mentor team while working with SVP and HR to develop and coordinate internal training plan
Manage the Ad Sales Marketing budget with Finance

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Minimum 15 years of leadership experience with an agency, client or media company sales organization background, where you were responsible for presentation, sponsorship, creative and promotion development; branding efforts; events; research/analytics; and team management
Robust understanding of advertising within all platforms of the media space
Ability to interact with senior-level management, internally and externally
Strong organizational, process, project and event management, analytical/research- related skills
Ability to seamlessly manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of the creative development process
Knowledge of media marketing, the sales process and media in general
Understanding of branding, from Portfolio-level, to Sales Vertical-level to individual property-level to show-level
Strong interpersonal skills - with the ability to lead and motivate team of direct reports, interdepartmental teams and influence internal and external clients
Must be willing to work in New York, NY
Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
