The Partner Support team empowers our partner community to deliver world-class support in the explosively growing Microsoft cloud. We amplify partners’ ability to serve customers on the Microsoft workloads that they sell, manage, or integrate, and to accelerate partner solutions to address service blockers.
Support Go-to-Market & Partner Engagement Mgr
You will work as part of the partner offers and Customer Success teams at corporate, but also spend much of your time engaged with the Microsoft global field and with your counterparts in the One Commercial Partner organization.
Perhaps most exciting, you will be the end-to-end owner of messaging to our field and to the partner community, right as we launch a new, transformative experience in how we enable partner-led support.

You are a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and drive a high level of focus and excellence with a talented and passionate team.
In this role you will influence the go to market planning for partner support offerings:
Define and execute go-to-market plans and enablement for our partner offers.
Develop campaigns to create awareness and increase offering adoption.
Create and execute partner-centric readiness programs to ensure successful landing and adoption of new offerings.
Define metrics, establish goals, measure progress, and quantify results, using a data-driven approach.
Coordinate and align with the overall Microsoft One Commercial Partner strategy and programs.
Be an internal evangelist, ensuring buy-in at appropriate levels.
Help define how we land emergent efforts to entirely rewrite the rulebook on how we support our partner ecosystem.
Depending on your skillset, you may also help drive market research to determine how we can better compete against rival clouds and to rework our offerings.
A background in B2B marketing, International Business, Marketing Communications or Product Management
Knowledge and proven experience in the partner space for a commercial software company
Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
Strong public speaking and written communication skills, including high proficiency in PowerPoint.
Business knowledge of commercial software and cloud computing industry trends and business practices.
Ability to analyze and interpret business performance measures.
Proven collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority across international boundaries.
Ability to track and land fiscal objectives according to plan.
Proven ability to develop delivery plans and oversee their execution.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, or another relevant field, an MBA is a plus.
Six or more years managing complex go-to-market programs in a Business to Business setting for a technology company.
Knowledge of core MS technology, product, and technical strategies, directly or from a competitive point of view
Knowledge of the Microsoft Partner Network program is a plus.
Experience with partner support is a plus.
Location/Travel: You may be based anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for the Redmond, WA area. You can expect travel, less than 25%, contingent upon Covid-19 restrictions.
