New York based Real Estate client is looking to hire a Senior Property Accountant. The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for all accounting and financial reporting and analysis pertaining to a designated portfolio of properties with a focus on their Commerical properties. The Sr. Property Accountant will report to the firm’s Accounting Manager and work closely with the members of the property management, development, acquisition and leasing teams to ensure transactions are accurately recorded and effectively reported to Executive Management. This position will lead the establishment of best in class Property Accounting platform to support the growth of the Company.

5+ years Property/Real Estate Accounting experience with some Commercial experience
