Title: Senior Manager, Finance

Location: New York City, NY

Position Responsibilities:

Serves as both a financial and operational business adviser to Amazon's leadership team. Contributes to the evolution and execution of the organizations operational business plans, financial modeling and analysis, and capital planning. Oversees and administers Sizmeks finance functions, including accounting/controls, budgeting, forecasting, tax, treasury, audit, risk management, and directing the selection, hiring, training, and development of all personnel in these functions. Oversees the balance sheet, receivables, liabilities, and all related KPIs. Directs financial planning and analysis, including the establishment and reporting of key performance metrics and dashboards that assist Amazon and the Sizmek CEO in the ongoing management of the business and its operations. Develops strategy and playbook for ongoing growth and global expansion, including the coordination of operations across geographies. Oversees and administers Sizmek operations functions, including customer success and global support. Develops the KPI system to evaluate customer satisfaction and efficiency of the operations organization.

Basic Qualifications
Position Requirements:

Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in finance, business administration, or a related field, and 15 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation within an advertising tech business. Ten years of experience must include: leading a diverse organization, including operations, FP&A, accounting, and corporate strategy in an advertising technology business; and managing complex, multinational mergers & Acquisitions. International and domestic travel required up to 25% of the time.
