Position Title: Senior Finance Manager, Portfolio
Location: New York, NY (Headquarters)

Position Summary:

The position ofSeniorManagerPortfolioPlanning &Analysisis an importantrole in Pernod Ricard USA,converting the overall Portfolio Growth strategy intoactionable business plans and targets, supporting the optimization of resource allocation across brands,tactics,and channels.

Collaborates with Portfolio Growth team to develop and drive portfolio growth strategy and convert to financial goals and A&P investment envelopes

Contributes to overall Media to Shelf planning, taking a lead role indefining upfront portfolio strategyframeworkandcascadingstrategythrough the end-to-end planning process

Works with US Planning & Reporting and Channel & Customer teams to feed into and synchronizewith financial planning processes

Works with Marketing Enablement team to supportand facilitateomnichannel planningand theallocation of resources across PRUSA teams

This role plays a pivotal role to help drive the execution of theportfolioandcommercialplans

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

1) Be the analytical engine of theMarketingorganization

Convert consumer demandinsights and portfolio growth strategy into a cohesiveand actionable annual financial plan

Help toinform andshapebrandbudgets, forecasts, and long-range strategic planning process forPRUSA portfolio

2) Manage theoverallbusinessresources

Identify potentialmarketing(brand/tactic)growth terrains / opportunities and make resourcing choicesin conjunction/consultation with key stakeholdersto drive optimal return

3) Preparation of strategic documents and presentations for PR USA senior management both within PR USA, PRHQandtoPRBrandCos

4) Special projects and assignments as required

Nature & Scope:

The role consistently works with executives, senior leaders and mangers across the company. Primary responsibility is toco-developthe US portfolio growth strategy andgovern thedelivery ofthis through collaboration with Marketing, Commercial,Financeand Transformationteams.

The position is recognized for the mastery of all aspects of financial and market performance management (analytics, reporting and budgeting) and is a key strategic business partner totheMarketingorganization.

Requirements:

Education:Bachelor's Degree is required.MBA degree in either Finance or related fieldpreferred.

Experience / Background:Minimum7-10years of experience with a CPG companyorConsultingfirmand a working knowledge of the principals of finance and marketing. Industry background preferred but not essential.

Excellent communication skills & ability to interact & provide recommendations to senior stakeholders;

Detail orientated strategic thinker;

Highly analytical, with ability to use the power of facts to bring insight & make clear finance recommendations & commercial decisions;

Thorough approach with high level of accuracy;

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, while managing numerous work streams simultaneously to tight timelines;

Able to confidently interact with non-finance departments, understanding their key requirements and tailoring financial data to satisfy these requirements;

Strong influencing skills, proactive in challenging & influencing the business based on insight, knowledge and fact;

High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Finance Software(s);

Ability to understand business dynamics & be able to clearly articulate strategic priorities for the business from a finance perspective;

Team player & capability to translate effectiveness across the wider team;

Working Conditions:

General Office: Work is performed in a typical office environment. Limited demands for movement and lifting. Normal visual, hearing and language acuity required for correspondence and computer usage.
