The Experience Strategist will be part of a cross-functional team of designers, strategists and product managers that are in constant collaboration to ensure that we are creating experiences that deliver both consumer and business value and can be executed within the client's current technology ecosystem.
This strategist will deliver and oversee key tracks of work across the client business. This is a client-facing role that involves driving strategy across each track of work and collaborating with cross-functional teams of UX, Visual Design, SEO, Research, Content Strategy, Analytics, Media, Account, and PM. This individual will be responsible for translating and incorporating media plans and site analytics reports into strategic recommendations and should be comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative research.
This role also requires stewardship throughout all phases of execution; from context framing/briefing to insight gathering/recommendation development.

Your Impact:
Own the development of creative briefs used to inform creative teams on the overall goal, objective and direction of the experience
Articulate client's business problem and the objectives of strategic/creative recommendation
Reframe business problem to consider the perspective of the target consumer for identifying opportunities
Lead stakeholder interviews and synthesize key learnings
Translate primary and secondary research inputs into tangible opportunities and actionable recommendations around which Creative can ideate
Structure and oversee research programs to uncover user insights and opportunities that will inform creative direction
Leverage breadth of knowledge across Media, Analytics and Research done by other agencies to articulate and drive a holistic strategy
Combine findings across Research, SEO, Media, and Analytics into consolidated and holistic recommendations
Identify needs for data to support recommendation and work with analytics team to create right narrative
Participate in scoping of projects
Work with Analytics, Media, and SEO teams to drive the development of measurement plans
Facilitate meetings and working sessions with internal creative team and clients
With short turnarounds, will have to pull from institutional knowledge in client conversations to rationalize decision making on-the-fly and ensure creative recommendations are grounded in strategic thinkingQualifications
Your Skills & Experience:
4-6+ years of strategy experience with deep digital focus and expertise; 1+ year of leadership experience
Experience working with brands and clients that have a large breadth and depth of products and have ecommerce as a core component of their digital ecosystems
Expertise in analysis of research/data (and findings) and their use in driving qualified thinking, strategy development and briefingAdditional Information
