We are looking for a Radiology Services Assistant to join our team. We greet and assist patients and visitors entering the department, answer telephones and process calls. We work collaboratively with traffic control personnel to ensure coordinated patient flow and assist in preparation and processing of department records.

Greet and assist all incoming visitors with excellent customer serviceAnswer assigned phone lines and direct calls appropriately taking and distributing accurate, complete and legible messagesPerform check-in procedures for patients upon their arrival and prepare them for their visitProvide forms and/or instructions to patients, so they can review and complete prior to their Radiology appointment; i.e. CT IV Contrast Media questionnaire, Pregnancy form, MRI safety questionnairePerform administrative tasks to assist in the preparation of patient paperwork prior to procedureInput and update data into databases as requiredMaintain a clean, operational and safe environment
High school diploma or G.E.D.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeThe ability to multitaskStrong prioritization, attention to detail and organizational skills #L
Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm, 5 days a week
