Position: Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation, Technology
Location: Fully Remote/Off-site
Starts: Ideally late Oct or early Nov after interview process
Duration: Up to 40hrs/week for about 3 months with potential to extend
Status: Freelance
Rate: DOE

Our client, a well-known international and fast growing database company, is currently looking for a freelance Marketing Marketing to join their team for about 3+ months with potential to extend.

This is a fully remote role, must be able to work east coast and/or central hours!

Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Will join the field marketing team supporting upwards of 30 sales reps with the goal to create efficiencies in fully integrated marketing campaigns and ROI for the Sales Teams
- Target enterprise accounts and specific verticals (such as healthcare and insurance) by executing programs to accelerate deals to close (Programs / Campaigns can range from webinars, virtual events, direct mail, email, landing pages etc)
- Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager on new strategies for executing campaigns/programs to both streamline and optimize them to generate additional revenue for the Sales team
- Help ensure all marketing programs accelerate the sales cycle and improve conversion to customers
- Understand specific challenges of strategic accounts, discover the decision-making process and key personas in the organization to support programming
- Ability to concept and develop end-to-end marketing programs across multiple enterprise accounts, for example, scalable programs
- Ensure consistency of company priorities through brand strategy and messaging in materials and communication
- Ensure performance and ROI are tracked, and support processes set up to effectively measure outcomes

Marketing Specialist Requirements:
- 3+ years of account management/marketing experience, ideally within a technology company
- Creative and results-driven a team player, and able to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Resourceful with the ability to pick up concepts quickly to execute campaigns / programs to specific target audiences
- Ability to review and improve existing programs and processes to drive stronger results
- An an analytical mindset that shows you're able to effectively evaluate and make decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative inputs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strict and continual attention to detail in creating and proofing materials
- Strong time management skills are stellar with the ability to prioritize and consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and follow through skills
- Ideally have experience with account-based marketing, programmatic marketing and lead generation
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite for Business
- Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation and Data systems is a plus; Salesforce, Eloqua and Tableau experience
- Organized, thoughtful and ability to work cross functionally on complex initiatives
