KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Advisory Services practice.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute client engagements focusing on Workday controls, Workday security and audits of Workday environments
Evaluate the design and effectiveness of Workday controls throughout the business cycle
Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of Workday security and controls
Supervise senior associates and associates on engagements
Lead meetings with clients related to Workday security and controls
Help coach and train team members to grow the Workday knowledgebase of the team
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent experience; or four or more full lifecycle engagements implementing Financials or Human Capital Management with hands-on Workday security and controls configuration implementation experience
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; certifications in Workday Financials or Human Capital Management preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines while taking accountability and resolving issues
Experience managing a project or team lead within a consulting firm, preferred
Desire to grow skills and knowledge and become an expert with Workday security and controls
Ability to travel up to 80%
