**Summary of Role:**

GlobalFoundries East Fishkill NY location is seeking a motivated, new college graduate to be part of the Product Enablement Development team.

You will partner with a team that is responsible for developing and executing processes required to ensure mask and product data are enabled for development and manufacturing hardware to run process in the semiconductor fab. In this role you will work with engineers and technicians on the team to map processes, look for continual improvement, look for opportunities to share best practices with a large cross functional team.

We are looking for someone that is curious, motivated and quick learner that can identify gaps, document findings and processes, and communicate well to engineering groups and management. You will need to be attention detailed and will be trained to generate part numbers for various semiconductor products, a key step to enabling products to run in the fab.

**Essential Responsibilities Include:**

- Document semiconductor business processes
- Analyze and perform gap analysis on key business processes
- Report and present key findings to management, engineering groups, partners, and customers
- Generate key part numbers for various semiconductor fab products
- Support key fab documents required for processing semiconductor products
- Coordinate and manage customer requests for internal processes
- Have the desire and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Drive continuous improvement in the productivity and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Automate various manual tasks in spreadsheets and existing systems to improve efficiency and quality

**Other Responsibilities:**

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

**Required Qualifications:**

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related technical discipline
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and work well with others
- Ability to work independently and drive own projects
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Knowledgeable of some scripting and/or programming language for automating various task
