One of the fastest growing functions in Salesforce Security Assurance organization, Customer Success & Advocacy Team (CSAT) is looking for a strong individual contributor in this strategic role. As the Director of Technical Program Management, you are sought after to embrace our vision and execution strategy of scaling Security Assurance to one of the fastest growing cloud platforms in the world. The team is chartered to scale proactive security investments and controls including but not limited to security design reviews, threat modeling, code analysis, secure software supply chain, hardened public cloud infrastructure, and offensive security engagements to name a few. You will be on the frontlines of embedding Secure Development Lifecycle across a wide range of diverse engineering platforms and cloud ecosystems at Salesforce. You will be obsessed to serve an intriguing customer base of engineers, developers, executives, product owners and passionate fellow security professionals with innovative tools and solutions. Finally you are totally comfortable with living these seemingly daunting words - data, insights, metrics, measures and of course KPIs.

Competencies of successful candidates include:
8-12 year security industry experience in a diverse cloud-scale environments
Experience in building and scaling security review or assurance programs in fast growing environments
Experience in driving security development lifecycle programs and well-versed in "what not to do" - saying just in case
A collaborator by nature and have strong interpersonal acumen to influence without authority
Past experience as member of security startup teams with the attitude of Act Now & Iterate.
Exceptional customer empathy and passion for alleviating customer pain with innovation
Cross functional, audience aware communication acumen
Excellent communication skills around executive narratives, large scale outreach activities and good at demystifying technical jargon to broad range of audience
Deep technical curiosity and ability to absorb new technical and business context quickly
