Caleres Digital Sales Support Representative in New York, New York

We seek a collaborative and detail orientated professional with a passion for ensuring strategic plans are in place to maximize digital sales to join our team in New York City.

We seek people who:

  • Responsible for operational set-ups for eCommerce business with our own .com sites, department stores and Amazon

  • Partner with Sales and Product Development to maintain nuorder linesheet with style numbers, prices and images for all SKU’s prior to, during and after market

  • Assures effective partnering with Sales, Demand Planning and Sales Planning for buy and sales forecasting

  • Work with Product Development, Asia Pacific Sourcing office and Marketing teams to ensure image files are available and that product copy, PH codes, heel heights, circumference are correct in SAP

  • Maintain pricing for drop ship accounts. Clear pricing issues as they arise.

  • Conduct web audits to ensure styles go live online when available in our Distribution Centers.

  • Assist with inventory management by shifting stock between open, web and owned stock categories as needed/requested

We seek people with these qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Minimum of 0-2 years data analyisis, eCommerce, retail sales or wholesale experience

  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation experience

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast pace environment

  • Strong partnering skills; problem solving and analytical skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Microsoft Office Products – excellent excel skills

  • SAP and/or BI Experience a Plus
