The Team

The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a highly visible role with the opportunity to help Nasdaqs Market Technology Marketing organization grow its New Markets initiative, focused on driving transparency, efficiency and integrity in other industries through the provision of its marketplace technologies. Leveraging your expert skill sets, you will develop new audiences and generate demand in several industries with greenfield opportunities through paid and organic channels including PPC, social, account-based advertising and content syndication platforms. These activities will help the business drive towards exponential growth and help position Nasdaq as a technology provider beyond capital markets.

Your role and responsibilities

Reporting to the VP, Marketing for Market Technology, in this global role you will be expected to closely collaborate with our New Markets marketing lead on overall marketing strategy, content marketing and account-based campaigns to inspire prospects in new industries to engage with Nasdaq Market Technology and to scale our content campaigns digitally in new ways. You will interface with a number of internal multi-disciplinary teams -- communications, sales, product management, and the corporate digital, social media, and web team -- that are based in offices all over the world as well as digital agencies and marketing platform providers.

You must be a performance marketer with an analytical mind that has a strong knowledge base of digital and content marketing tools and strategies. The ability to optimize lead volume, velocity and conversions is essential and you must demonstrate expertise in ability to systematically generate demand across multiple industry segments while also driving visibility and awareness at each stage of the sales funnel.

You will need the following skills and experience

Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience including Google PPC, content syndication and account-based advertising networks
Experience in B2B demand generation from an agency or in-house marketing perspective
Detail oriented with a data-driven approach to program management
A good understanding of audience management and measurement as well as in driving digital KPIs and improving conversions YoY
Ability to execute against deadlines for multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously while also being able to demonstrate a strong sense of prioritization to remove activities outside of business strategic objectives
Strong executive presence and ability to articulate results and concisely and effectively communicate with marketing and business leadership
Ability to enthusiastically share your knowledge and skills with others and contributing to a performance-first, data-driven marketing organization
Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred

And it would be great if you have experience with

Experience marketing SaaS technology solutions
Experience in real estate/health care/insurance/logistics/consulting
Knowledge of Marketo or other marketing automation platforms
