As a DevOps Support Lead, you will have a significant impact on achieving Agio?s vision and mission. Your activities and contributions will have a direct effect on Agio and its customer base. Through your day to day activities, your key objectives are:

Must be a self-starter, able to work through issues from start to finish with little assistance, reporting on the root cause, providing recommendations for resolution.
Should have previous hands-on experience and must be comfortable with taking escalations on advanced issues from the rest of the support organization.
On-call is required as a part of this role and expected to be available when necessary to take escalations from systems engineers and team leads.
Must be flexible to work long days or weekends when necessary for client implementations, systems upgrades, or other projects.
Expected to work as part of a team, not on an island, and be openly collaborative when working through issues with other team members so they can address issues during future occurrences.
Should be comfortable speaking to clients regarding their technology needs and making recommendations
Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues promptly.
Ability to work from a ticketing system and provide quality updates to clients and teams.
Ability to document all work completed and train support staff on Client DevOps environment
Ability to utilize DevOps tools to create and maintain automation in Client and Agio environments
Operations support covering environment setup and maintenance, ops automation and AWS maintenance.
Building, testing, and administering AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform environments to support development, test, and production workloads.
Assisting development teams with architecting, integrating, and testing applications in AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform environments leveraging cloud services
Developing and automating repeatable tasks
Ability to create, develop, and deploy containers to support client applications, Openshift and Kubernetes.
Use container cloud services, such as EKS/ECS.
Deploy solutions using Infrastructure as Code.
Create continuous integration and development pipelines for customers on various platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, TravisCI, or others.
Monitoring environments health and identifying thresholds for scaling
Assesses system security to identify and mitigate risks and vulnerabilities
Provides mitigation strategies for system security flaws or vulnerabilities
Managing development team CI/CD pipelines to include supporting test automation
3-5 years? Linux server administration experience including but not limited to: strong understanding of Jenkins, Kuberneties, OpenShift, RedHat CoreOS, AWS, Docker, Podman, Ansible, and Groovy
Proficiency using REST services to automate tasks
Excellent knowledge of the Linux command line
Strong understanding of troubleshooting in a complex Enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Infrastructure and how OpenShift/Kuberneties/containers fit into it.
2-4 years? DevOps tools experience
Working with OpenShift
Managing AWS environments
Infrastructure as Code (Kubernetes, Docker and container technology)
1-3 years experience in centralized authentication services, e.g.,
1-2 years specific experience working with AWS Lambda, and API Gateway
1-2 years specific experience working with Elastic Container Service (ECS)
1-2 years experience with productivity tools (Jira, Confluence)
1-2 years experience with Terraform / CloudFormation desired
