The Fixed Income strats team is a part of the Chief Risk Office (CRO) and is responsible for generating key analytics that quantify the performance, risks, and capital footprints of the various trading and lending activities undertaken by the business.As a Fixed Income (Credit) Desk strat, you will leverage the strats platform to solve problems for the credit trading and financing franchise. You will be developing solutions that improve business efficiency and reliability while providing value-added analysis. The team has a fast-paced, interactive environment and this is a hands-on role where you will need to apply a combination of technology, modeling and product knowhow.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Helping onboard different desks and new and existing products onto the strats platform
Understanding and aiding trading with analysis of their risk and positioning in real time
Robust execution of critical operations that report key risk and valuation analytics
Coordinating development of quantitative valuation models and their calibrations
Helping control groups identify, understand, and investigate variances and fulfill regulatory obligations
Your Skills and Experience:
Strong programming capabilities in Python and C++. Experience developing in a team setting
Familiarity with risk neutral pricing and quantitative finance
Knowledge of fixed income, especially credit markets
Master's or higher degree in an engineering or quantitative finance discipline
Relevant experience working in a front office or related role
