The Client Services Specialist is responsible for retaining and growing a dedicated portfolio of clients, acting as the escalation point for service issues, and the overall level of service provided to clients. You'll potentially lead a highly experienced client service team in providing proactive service engagement with customers, looking for opportunities to improve the service efficiency as well as responding to complex queries. You will conduct regular client reviews from a service delivery perspective and provide detailed, timely, and up to date information on client relationships, highlighting issues as appropriate. You will ensure the effective implementation of ongoing service improvement initiatives in response to clients' needs, whilst supporting the achievement of the Bank's/function's objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day to day administration of several asset back commercial paper, certificate of deposit and corporate commercial paper accounts (money market instruments (MMI)); receive instructions from clients and ensure accuracy of cash movements, wires, investments and settlement of commercial paper

Work closely with Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) on accurate daily settlement, approval of funding decisions on maturing MMI Instruments

Act as a liaison to the operations and tech support teams to set up new accounts, and assist with testing of applications

Single point of contact for all client inquiries and request; and responsible for preparation of monthly billing to clients

Maintain and update internal systems for client set ups and internal reconciliations, including billing system, tickler system, deal management system

Review and comment on legal documentation for new deals and amendments working with the counsel, client and transaction management group

Your Skills and Experience:

Relevant experience in corporate trust administration

Specific knowledge and/or experience with asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) conduits and MMI

Must have good communication and customer relationship skills

Must have the aptitude to adapt to new structures and transaction types as deals continually evolve

Must be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
