The Analyst supports the overall Data and Analytics (D&A) program by working closely with Head of D&A, Product Owners, and other key stakeholders to track progress of D&A initiatives, clarify dependencies with other enterprise initiatives, perform market analyses and financial estimations where needed (in partnership with finance), support use case pilots as necessary and support weekly reporting and action tracking tasks related to the overall program. The Analyst reports to ABM's VP and Head of Data and Analytics.
Stay in sync with the product owners on priorities and day to day decision making
Support the product owners in collaborating with other teams and leadership to ensure team strategy aligns with overall product vision
Define, implement, and track performance metrics once solution enters production
Prep and support the team on product demos as needed working with the product owners
Work with Product Owner to catalog requirements, perform analyses, analyze data in order to refine priorities and user stories related to D&A products
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, business analytics, computer science or management information systems

2-5+ years of experience.
Problem solving ability to identify next steps, execute and track progress on business related tasks related to D&A use cases (e.g., validating business process changes needed, documented current state and target state for use cases etc.)
Basic financial modeling ability to use Excel to build models that help size of the value of use cases working in partnership with the product manager.
Strong communication skills with ability to present complex messages and communicate the nuance on the status and next steps of various initiatives.
Detail orientation to track steps needed and align stakeholders across initiatives across the business
Able to articulate business requirements and bridge the gap with development teams and stakeholders.
Ownership mindset and ability to work across functions to coordinate on complex tasks and dependencies.
Hunger for continuous improvement and a desire to be challenged.
Collaborative, work well within a small, high-performing team.
Travel required 10-25% (depending on location and return to normal activities). Currently virtual teaming.
Intermediate Excel - ability to build financial models , perform quick analyses using pivot tables.
Intermediate Tableau / Power BI user able to develop ad-hoc analyses by joining and analyzing moderate sized datasets and exports.
PowerPoint , Microsoft Word based reporting and presentation delivery.
JIRA and other task planning tools (basic knowledge).
