About the Role:
The Account Coordinator supports the Senior Account Manager to develop sales-driving programs with our key clients. The ideal candidate is extremely organized and works well multitasking and managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously. This individual has an eye for trends, the ability to pay close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate daily with internal teams and external creative agencies as well as domestic & international suppliers
Identify potential client improvements/efficiencies with respect to procurement, product category focus and alternative point of sale development.
Support the account team at an operational level including cost calculations, shipment tracking and product sourcing for designated account
Learn and understand client?s brands, business models and business objectives
Give status reports for each account/program and review weekly with internal account management team
Qualifications & Experience:
1 - 3 years of work experience in Marketing or as buyer; BA/BS preferred
Procurement outsourcing / brand / promotions experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through
Excellent written and verbal skills
Exceptional detail-oriented skills; proficient in excel, word and PowerPoint
Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an appetite to learn
Organized, with the ability to exercise independent judgement, problem solve and prioritize
