As the Supply Chain Analyst, you will prepare and report financial data in support of the Materials Support Services Business group and the health system supply chain. In this role, you will perform analysis of financial information to support the vendor and product selection process; capture and track clinical, non-clinical and contractual supply chain savings opportunities; and perform special projects, periodic and ad hoc financial analyses.
Responsibilities include :
Prepares and reports financial data supporting the Materials Support Business group and the health system supply chain.
Utilizes available technology to track supply and related expenditures. Analyzes financial data to support the vendor and product selection process.
Captures and tracks clinical/non-clinical and contractual supply chain savings opportunities captures and records rebates receivable. Evaluates opportunities against baseline. Tracks performance improvement. Reconciles amounts paid to receivable balance and ensures income/expense reduction is recorded.
Performs special projects and ad hoc analyses in support of the Material Support Services group and the health system supply chain. Identifies potential issues independently.
Provides functional support to PeopleSoft EPM Insight development. Coordinates implementation of the PeopleSoft EPM module for materials support services and is responsible for ongoing support.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field, required.
Minimum of three (3) years financial experience, required. Materials Support experience preferred, including knowledge of MMIS.
Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office, required.
