CITY OF NEENAH Administrative Assistant in NEENAH, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The City of Neenah Department of Community Development and Assessment is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant. Qualified candidates will have excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills; will be highly organized with strong analytical ability and initiative; will be detail-oriented; and will be able to undertake multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment. Your role: The primary purpose of this part-time position is to perform administrative support and customer service tasks for the Community Development Department. This position also assists with Assessment Technician duties for the Assessor's Office. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: We need you to have: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of three years of administrative assistant and/or customer service experience. Assessment Technician's certification from Wisconsin Department of Revenue or ability to obtain within 6 months (https://www.revenue.wi.gov/Pages/Training/assessor-certification.aspx) Icing on the cake: Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs Basic math skills Strong administrative skills The ability to type 50+ words per minute.
