Ricoh Americas Corporation Manager, Product Marketing in Nationwide, Pennsylvania

POSITION PROFILE

Ricoh is seeking an Entry Level Manager, Product Marketing to manage the Print Production Solutions and emerging technologies. This position works closely with subject matter experts, project leads and/or analysts. Works under the general direction of the Director with responsibility for Print Production Solutions within Product Marketing.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directsboth people and product resources within Product Marketing.

  • Maintains domain expertise and takes ownership of key product strategies,supported by the management team.

  • Manages the development of product ideation, launch and lifecycle plans within the group.

  • Manages multiple product strategies within the Product Marketing group.

  • Communicate and evangelize product strategy through strong writing, presentation and public speaking

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)

Typically Requires:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Information technology or related field.

  • Min of 2-3 years of experience managing productsand a background taking new software technologies to market and successful commercialization.

  • Min 5 years of experience and significant depth of knowledge inproduction print solutions and related emerging technologies.

  • History in pricing and launching new SaaS offerings to the market.

  • Deep understanding of Print On Demand (POD) applications and workflow processes.

  • Min 5 years of experience with international business

  • Agile product management and/or product owner experience in an Agile environment.

  • Pragmatic Marketing methodology experience a plus.

  • Experience supporting global sales, marketing and operations (software and hardware).

Compensation Range $85,000 - $100,000

Position is bonus eligible, 20% STI
