The software administrator will work directly with our I/P Development and Support groups to manage the purchase, renewals, and content of our internal Intellectual Property/Assets with our client base. The role requires a knowledge of general business applications (Excel, Word, eMail, Calendaring), and experience in customer service applications (we use Salesforce, although specific Salesforce experience is not required). The Software Administrator will communicate with our internal teams and the clients to begin service, schedule, track and quote renewals, make changes to entitlements, and help resolve issues if they arise. Candidates should have an eye for detail, be able to respond to requests in a timely fashion, and work in a lightly supervised environment. Candidate can work in a Perficient office or from home or alternate location. Customer Satisfaction with the purchasing process is the key success criteria.

This is considered an entry-level position at Perficient. The right candidate will have a college degree, and be able to grow within Perficient over time.
