PSG Global Solutions Sales Support Specialist in Nashville, Tennessee

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Sales Support Specialist , working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Nashville, Tennessee .

  • Support Sales and Account Management users with Apttus Configure Price Quote (CPQ) configurations and custom pricing exhibits

  • Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues for APTTUS Configure Price Quote (CPQ) applications.

  • Provide education and training programs to support the businesses in the use of automated tools and processes

  • Perform user acceptance testing for Salesforce and Apttus CPQ projects

  • Review, draft, and outline business requirements that impact strategic initiatives and/or business unit objectives

  • Assist in the development and documentation of business requirements and/or business solutions to solve problems and issues related to business operations

  • Ensure custom pricing exhibits requests are created using the appropriate process.

  • Communicate with various departments to finalize pricing/quote

Experience Required for Your Success

  • BA, BS or equivalent degree

  • 3+ years sales support, sales administration, or sales operations

  • Experience developing, managing, and implementing systems requirements

  • Quantifiable experience working in Salesforce

  • Quantifiable experience working in APTTUS Configure Price Quote (CPQ)

  • Experience managing User Acceptance Testing processes preferred

  • Highly proficient with use of CRM tools, especially and Apttus Configure Price Quote (CPQ)

  • Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient at prioritizing and executing when experiencing multiple competing priorities

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proactive, eager to learn and tackle challenge

  • Ability to build relationships across the organization and collaborate to accomplish goals

  • Detail-oriented and accountable


The pay range we are offering is 20 to 23 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
