Under the direction of the Cleaning Supervisor, as the General Helper, you will be responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of the vehicles and/or the facility. The ideal candidate must possess a valid Commercial Drivers License with a passenger endorsement and be able to operate all company vehicles. Report to work daily at assigned times, clean assigned facility, upkeep of all assigned property and follow company safety rules. The principal duties are intended to describe those functions that are essential to the performance of this job, and must be performed unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation. Other responsibilities are those functions which are considered incidental or secondary to the overall purpose of the job. Metro offers a generous core benefit package to eligible employees who are regularly and consistently working 20 or more hours per week. Pension: Formula-driven pension; 100% Metro funded; 10 year vesting for new employees
Paid Family Leave: Runs concurrently with time designated as FMLA leave (up to 30 days)
Longevity: Annual bonus beginning after 5 years of service; increases annually up to 20 years
