We are on the hunt for an outstanding Director of Field Operations to join our team. If you have 10+ or more years experience, a passion for construction, and have an insane need and desire to be part of building great projects then please read on!

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for training and mentoring all field teams by establishing a healthy balance of challenge and support. Develop teams in a manner that provides the best possible outcome for DD and their own personal growth.

  • Represent the DD ?Built on Safety? culture through leading our teams and projects in the execution of the DD Safety Program.

  • Exhibit effective communication skills to Clients, Design Teams, Subcontractors and Team Members in Accordance to the DD mission of developing authentic relationships while having a positive influence.

  • Responsible for the execution of the DeAngelis Diamond Standard Operating Procedures by project team.

  • Maintain an understanding of project status, conduct monthly field audits, attend scheduling and OAC meetings for all projects.

  • Lead project teams in the execution of the scheduling process delivering projects on or ahead schedule.

  • Collaborate with Preconstruction, Project Executives and Senior PM?s in the Development of project schedules, site logistics and subcontractor agreements.

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam

  • A desire to learn new technologies and concepts.

  • 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent preferably within our core market projects.

  • Strong personal integrity and has the highest ethical standards.

  • Able to function in a collaborative and friendly environment.
