Serco Program Manager in N/A, Florida

Position Description

Serco is seeking a Program Manager to manage highly complex contracts for multiple customers with revenue typically ranging from $10-$12M. May manage budgets for multiple centers. Has business development responsibilities. Provides expertise to customers to ensure resolution of issues. Requires advanced knowledge and understanding of work project(s) and functions, contract management, and subcontractors management. Maintains productive relationships with internal and external customers. Typically manages a team of 30 or more employees, including managers and subcontractors. Typically reports to a Program Director.

*Travel to our Herndon, VA location may be required.

Should Serco be awarded the contract, and you meet the qualifications of the position, you will be considered in the selection process.

Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree

  • Requires 3-5 years of Navy training related experience

  • Requires 5-8 years industry program management experience

  • Active and current Secret level clearance preferred
