Job Description:

The position is accountable for coordinating and implementing recruitment activities to identify qualified candidates. Recruiters will partner with managers to create an extraordinary hiring experience in line with Intermountain's mission, vision and values. They will ensure top talent are selected for available opportunities and managed through a compliant process.

Job Essentials

Partners with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to assess staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, identify and secure top talent and provide guidance throughout the selection process

Provides effective, timely and professional communication to Candidates and Hiring Managers

Develops relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and create a 'talent pipeline' for future career opportunities

Attends and presents at various career events

Contributes to continuous improvement through awareness of competitor's recruitment practices in the areas of job offers, compensation and benefits/perks

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.

Three years of experience in a recruitment or staffing environment.

  • and -

Experience in a role requiring relationship building with various customers

  • and -

Computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and email

  • and -

Experience requiring communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills

  • and -

Some travel required

Preferred Qualifications

Previous HR Information Systems/Applicant Tracking System experience

  • and -

Experience recruiting within healthcare or on technical roles.

  • and -

Bachelor's degree in a HR program (OBHR, HR Management or Business Management preferred)

Physical Requirements:

Interact with others requiring employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information.

  • and -

Operate computers, telephones, office equipment, and manipulate paper requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.

  • and -

See and read computer monitors and documents.

  • and -

Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
