Google Technical Account Manager, Chrome OS Component Vendor/ODM in Mountain View, California
As a Technical Account Manager, you are responsible for providing technical solutions and managing relationships with Google's largest and most strategic online publishers. As a liaison between clients and our technical staff, you flawlessly lead deployments, implementations and integrations of a variety of our product lines (such as Search, Mobile, Video and Commerce). From monitoring product performance to debugging and troubleshooting product code, you are the resident expert that addresses partner needs. You are a technical expert with an entrepreneurial drive and passion for client management.
As a Technical Account Manager, in our Chrome OS Partner Engineering team, you will be responsible for driving Chrome device technical and business innovations and making our partners successful. You will contribute to our current product line as well as future devices, enabling these diverse form factors from design to the final successful release.
You’ll collaborate with teams throughout Google to develop device solutions for strategic partners around the globe. You’ll work with partners to define the hardware roadmap and device specifications, optimize implementations and integrations to drive new device business opportunities, and manage the overall technical aspects to build successful and long-term partnerships.
You will leverage your technical background and business acumen to understand our partners' needs, market trend, and propose technical solutions for engineering and product teams to implement. You will thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will be responsible for technical integration, and will demonstrate understanding both of technology and of the dynamics between players in the Computer and Electronics/Devices ecosystem.
