They hold a high bar for executional excellence, bias for action, including mastery of the craft of strategic planning, written communications and storytelling with a clear focus to create business impact.

What you'll bring

  • 12+ years of experience with a BS degree with concentration in English, Communications, PR, or Marketing (or related field), or equivalent work experience.

  • Relationship builder with strong business acumen and ability to prioritize around highest impact actions and partner across leadership and communications teams

  • Excellent communication skills - can help influence decision makers and build consensus with teams

  • Strategic thinker, able to understand context, connect dots and look around corners to stay ahead of issues and capitalize on opportunities

  • Intellectually curious, able to think on your feet, creative, continuously reinvent and raise the bar

  • Details matter - think and work end-to-end to connect dots for flawless execution

  • Combines innovation with operational rigor to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, highly-complex organization

  • Enthusiastic team player who attracts and retains awesome talent and oversees the work on a contractor dedicated to Marketing L&D communications.

  • Self-starter who can work cross-functionally and isn't frightened to take risks or try out new ways of doing things

  • Comfortable navigating a complex organization and working cross-functionally

  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of ownership and accountability with strong project management and organization skills

How you will lead

  • Be a strategic partner to the CFO & CMO/GM, advising on the right forum, timing, and content of communications to ensure Intuit’s Finance and Marketing and Communications Community employees are informed, inspired and empowered through impactful business communications.

  • Collaborate across the organization with multiple stakeholders, including other communications functions, to shape and deliver finance and marketing integrated communications programs and campaigns.

  • Capture the authentic voice of leaders in well-written communications and partner with them to bring to life their vision, strategy and priorities.

  • Develop, share and use messaging across communications functions to drive consistency.

  • Provide strategic counsel to drive change management in a complex, fast paced organization.

  • Create & execute all employee programs
