The Field Office Administration Manager Oversees the negotiating, structuring, and management of contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviews and approves documents for protection of the company's contractual posture and adherence to company policy.

  • Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions.

  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

  • Performs all required management responsibilities including but not limited to: implementing the company's policies, programs, and guidelines; ensuring employee productivity and growth; managing resources; knowing Varian's business; and maintaining functional, technical, and external market awareness necessary for managing immediate organization.

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Ability, competence and confidence to lead people.

  • Effective interpersonal skills, English language is preferable

  • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.

  • Typical Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree or equivalent. 3 years of related experience.

You are customer service & team-oriented and you have a proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills. You can work independently as well as a part of a team. You thrive in managing numerous tasks accurately and simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
