Visa Digital Commerce Lead (Director) in Moscow, Russia

/Digital commerce landscape becomes more and more complex. Within traditional 4-party model new types of players emerge that combine several roles and contain multiple business growth opportunities for Visa as well as risks of going closed loop. These players are perceived by Visa as Strategic partners and addressing them as separate client segment (solutions enablement, pricing, marketing funds, PFG deals) would strengthen Visa position at this battlefield./ /This task requires dedicated person who will drive business opportunities in digital commerce (e-commerce and m-commerce) providing holistic account management and business development across all aspects of ecosystem business, which will include merchant, issuing, B2B and other opportunities/ Specific Responsibilities: * Develop, manage, and deepen relationship with the key Partners outlined above. * Own the Customer Relationship Management process that includes Account plans, Mid-term, and Long-term Account Strategy. * Grow account revenue through account development initiatives, VAS sales, new capabilities/product sales. * Establish and support engagement programs with strategic partners to speed up Visa solutions and products adoption. * Work across organization to bring the best of Visa solutions and capabilities to our clients * Identify new segments to establish new partnerships, that will drive Visa volumes and speed up adoption of Visa merchant solutions. * Lead cross-functional teams to deliver as One Visa, sharing responsibilities and resources. * Execution of strategic priorities to accelerate payment volumes growth and expansion in partnership with ecosystem players This is a client-facing role and requires the successful candidate to establish and foster deep relationships with Clients and internal stakeholders at all levels of staff and senior management. * Ideal candidate must be fluent in broad industry trends and topics to include digital commerce, omni-channel, mobile payment trends, fintechs and payments competitive landscape. * The role will require strong consultative client engagement, active listening and relationship building skills to understand client strategy, priorities and needs. * The role entails broad digital payments product coverage responsibilities to include mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), 3rd party mobile wallets, e-commerce payment service providers * Candidates must have deep understanding of digital and mobile payments products, e-commerce solutions for merchants and sellers, building compelling UI/UX customer journeys, and commercial and business case analysis. * The candidate must possess a unique combination of commercial acumen, strategic thinking, execution discipline and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. * Solid technical knowledge or experience with merchant/PSP checkout solutions, mobile app development and integration with issuing bank’s host systems * Strong understanding of merchant acceptance business economics and fee-based model * Strong broad payments industry knowledge or experience * Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; strong bias towards data-based decision making and comfort with financial analysis * Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively work cross-organizationally * Extensive experience with launching and scaling new digital commerce products and services to merchants, and ability to translate client needs into product requirements * Mid-senior experience in product development or product management at a market leading acquirer, PSP, gateway, payments fintech, global payments network, or related payment companies would be a strong plus * Bachelor’s Degree Required _Essential criteria:_ * e-commerce, m-commerce, mobile payment app related product development experience * c-suite communication experience * Results driven and execution oriented * Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal * Quick learner, flexible, comfort with ambiguity * Fluent in written and spoken English & Russian
