Weichert Co. Team Coordinator in Morris Plains, New Jersey

Job Description is hiring a Team Coordinator in their Morris Plains, NJ Office. The Team Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Inside Sales Coordinators in supporting the day-to-day operations within the Call Center on weekends including fielding questions and distributing work assignments. The position will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as responding to emails from prospective buyers, sellers and renters with the goal of setting up an appointment between the customer and the real estate agent on weekdays.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ensures all systems are operable, tested and functional daily.

Tracks Inside Sales Coordinators attendance and Call Center stats.

Monitors and distributes work assignments efficiently amongst Inside Sales Coordinators.

Effectively communicate with staff, other departments and management on all Call Center issues.

Trains, monitors and evaluates employees daily and provides feedback to management.

Ensures there is enough coverage when the Call Center is in operation. Motivates team to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Handles and resolves escalated Inside Sales Coordinator and Client issues.

Supports inbound and outbound calls and rental web forms (at least 50% of the day) to help facilitate the process of converting a customer to a lead.

Gathers pertinent contact information and directly connects the customer to an appropriate Weichert real estate agent.

Utilizes pre-established dialogue created for conversion of customers into leads.

Ensures call center productivity/performance metrics and compliance standards are maintained.

Attends meetings with Lead Network staff and reports on status of progress.

Assists the Call Center Manager and Supervisors with general duties regarding the generation and conversion of customers into leads.

Provides suggestions/feedback to management on work flow to improve departmental procedures and processes.

Performs other duties as assigned.


The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

One (1) or more years of experience working in a call center environment and/or Weichert Lead Network.

Prior leadership and/or supervisor experience a plus.

Dependable and flexible

Strong customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Good oral and written communications skills; bilingual is a plus

Proven organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products

Ability to motivate team members to ensure customer focus

Strong attention to detail

Ability to answer a high volume of phone calls

Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions

Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.)
