Nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste du marketing ayant le souci du détail pour l'établissement de relations afin d'aider à harmoniser et à développer le contenu pour le Marketing basé sur les comptes. La principale responsabilité consiste à définir la stratégie de gestion du contenu et de l'exécuter afin de mener à des résultats commerciaux exceptionnels. Nous utilisons un nouveau système qui s'est développé naturellement. Vous agirez en tant que guide dans le parcours vers de nouveaux sommets. Ce rôle est sous la responsabilité du gestionnaire supérieur ABM Practice.

Responsabilités

  • Solidifier la stratégie

  • Définir les rôles et les responsabilités entre les services de marketing et des ventes

  • Documenter les procédés des cas d'utilisation afin de former des normes mondiales, en collaborant avec les Services de marketing et technologie (MOT) afin de veiller à ce qu'elles soient prises en charge d'un point de vue technique

  • Établir la gouvernance et la classification du contenu

  • Gérer et organiser le contenu, la distribution, la création de modèles et de canaux

  • Surveiller l'utilisation, analyser les besoins et la consommation. Mettre au point le cycle de vie des ressources numériques pour la production, les mises à jour et l'archivage

  • Suivre les directives établies concernant la marque et le style

  • Repérer de nouvelles occasions et répondre aux défis

  • Maintenir une communication ouverte avec les équipes de marketing, des ventes et de MOT

  • Avoir un rôle directeur dans la gestion de l'équipe transversale principale

Exigences minimales

  • Souci du détail

  • Littératie numérique

  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles

  • Excellente communication écrite et orale

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du marketing numérique et/ou de contenu

La personne idéale

  • Expérience en gestion de contenu, notamment Folloze ou similaire

  • Connaissance des méthodes d'édition de contenu telles que le filtrage collaboratif, l'analyse sémantique et/ou la notation sociale

  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projet, à définir la hiérarchie des tâches, à identifier et atténuer les risques et à respecter des délais serrés tout en fournissant un travail de qualité

  • Compétences extraordinaires en collaboration et en influence sur des équipes pluridisciplinaires

Position Overview

We are looking for a self-starting, relationship-building marketer to help standardize and grow content for Account Based Marketing (ABM). The primary responsibility is to define the content management strategy and execute to drive exceptional business results. We’re using a new system and it has grown organically. You will be the sherpa to navigate to new heights. This role reports to the ABM Practice senior manager.

Responsibilities

  • Solidify the strategy

  • Define roles and responsibilities between marketing and sales

  • Document use case processes to form global standards– work with Marketing Operations and Technology (MOT) to ensure these are technically supported

  • Establish content governance and classification

  • Manage and organize individual assets and content packages

  • Creation of personalized microsite templates, and it's internal/external distribution

  • Track usage, analyze needs and consumption. Develop digital asset lifecycle for production, updates, and archiving

  • Follow established branding and style guidelines

  • Identify new opportunities and address challenges

  • Maintain open communications with marketing, sales and MOT

  • Lead role in managing cross functional core team

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in digital and/or content marketing

  • Digital literacy and technology experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Detail oriented

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with content management, including Folloze or similar

  • Familiarity with curation methods such as collaborative filtering, semantic analysis, and/or social rating

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, identify and mitigate risks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

  • Extraordinary collaboration and influencing skills across multidisciplinary teams
