Oracle Cloud Partner Alliances Consultant in Montpelier, Vermont

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners. Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 8 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field. This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado. As a BI/EPM Alliance Manager, your primary goal is to strategically develop and execute joint business plans with our top System Integrators/Resellers to drive new business jointly with our BI/EPM sales teams. Objectives for this position include Co-Sell & Resell Revenue, Pipeline Development, Partner Sales Enablement and Strategic Partner Integration with Oracle. This position works with Partners and Oracle Sales Teams to identify new opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. This position will be expected to actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual co-sell and resell revenue targets. Partner Sales Enablement is also key to our success and a top priority of this role - ensuring our partners are positioning the correct and most up to date sales messages and top sales plays is essential. This position is considered part of the sales management team ensuring our partners are executing an appropriate business/territory plan as part of the overall sales strategy. Job Requirements: Previous experience in Sales, and Partner Management is a requirement for this position. Knowledge of Business Intelligence and/or Enterprise Performance Management software is important to the success of this individual. Relationship Management is essential - this position will need to develop strong relationships with Global/National System Integrators as well as with the Oracle Sales Team to promote joint success. Required skills and experience include: excellent communication both written and verbal, deadline oriented, creative mind, marketing experience, responsive behavior, and strong organizational and relationship management skills.
