What your day will look like:

1.- Support in giving basic training of Continuous Improvement.

2.- Coordinate activities in the department such as:

a) Calculate impacts of improvements made in the plant in the KPIs of the same.

b) Support in initiatives such as creation of Practical Problem Solving and Rapid Improvement Event coaches and follow-up of candidates until their certification.

c) Support in projects such as Standardization of Change Over times in the different areas of the plant.

d) Give weekly Coaching to Team Coordinators in continuous improvement tools.

e) Support in the creation of new Sharepoints that are needed for the department or update the current ones.

f) Support the use of VISIO for the realization of current VSMs that are being run in the plant.

g) Support in events Rapid Improvement Event.

h) Manage the control of department documents and records.

i) Keep the Skill Matrix of the different departments of the plant updated in our SharePoint.

j) Make Process Confirmation of one tool per month in the areas.

Are you up for the challenge?

• Schooling: Engineering student from 5th semester onwards.

• Experience: A semester of internship in a company of desired manufacturing.

• Skills: Microsoft Office management, leadership, problem solving, knowledge of intermediate, dynamic, creative English, taste for public speaking.

• Knowledge: Basics of Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering (times and movements).
