As an Account Director, you will focus on ensuring client success, retention and growth, while constantly looking for opportunities to broaden client relationships. An Account Director?s client portfolio is made up of our Enterprise and Professional accounts.

Work with clients to align on desired outcomes and set mutual goals and objectives while articulating internally how client needs translate to the annual strategy.
Build strong client relationships at the executive level ? partnering and advocating for them internally
Build relationship to the degree of a trusted advisor with client
Manage client escalations and conflict resolution
Discover, cultivate and close new business opportunities within existing accounts
Consult with Clients on their Roadmaps and serve as advisory on data insights and trends that would help foster growth with their online business.
Create, execute and adapt proactive client strategy to achieve goals and maintain Strategic Account Plans.
Lead Executive Business Reviews with Clients
Develop a pipeline, forecast outcomes and provide regular internal updates in Weekly Scorecard Reviews.
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
Works closely with Delivery teams and is in close collaboration with Project Management Office for projects and managed services engagements to ensure success and client satisfaction.
7+ plus years of experience working at an ecommerce agency, digital experience agency, or client side with lifestyle brands in a client-facing role
Proven success renewing and upselling business in a client focused role
Aptitude and eagerness to form senior level relationships across client organizations
Must have a strong business acumen and an understanding of the ecommerce market to be able to consult clients on business level
Understand essential dynamics, strategies and drivers of a client's business and is motivated by driving excellent results, time and time again.
Must have outstanding communication skills ? written, verbal and listening ? and be comfortable in facilitating discussions, conflict resolution, communicating insights and presenting to internal and client stakeholders
Excellent at relationship building and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changes
Previous experience with Clients on Magento or Shopify Plus preferred.
Experience with Agile Delivery a plus.
Some travel is required for onsite visits with clients
