Aerotek Welder - $20-25/hour Based On Experience in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Contractors will be MIG welding on mild steel. Material is 11 gage to 1/4" thick. They will be responsible for tacking their own welds off of blueprints. They will also be responsible for grinding out their own welds. This is a combination of production and short-run welding; they will place contractors in an area based on their skill set (i.e. entry-level will do more production vs. experience will do more short-runs).
