KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the initial collection and definition of business transformation objectives for a CRM implementation

  • Collect and define business requirements for a CRM implementation

  • Participate in the design of technical requirements based on business objectives

  • Document and improve business process aligned to transformation objectives

  • Act as business analyst role for implementations

  • Complete configuration tasks in Microsoft Dynamics and associated technologies

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of CRM or business transformation experience, the majority specifically with Microsoft D365 CRM

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA is preferred

  • Experience with business-led technology transformation

  • Understanding of the core D365 CRM modules with functional knowledge of the entire product suite; one or more D365 certifications required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to travel up to 80%
