KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
Lead the initial collection and definition of business transformation objectives for a CRM implementation
Collect and define business requirements for a CRM implementation
Participate in the design of technical requirements based on business objectives
Document and improve business process aligned to transformation objectives
Act as business analyst role for implementations
Complete configuration tasks in Microsoft Dynamics and associated technologies
Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of CRM or business transformation experience, the majority specifically with Microsoft D365 CRM
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA is preferred
Experience with business-led technology transformation
Understanding of the core D365 CRM modules with functional knowledge of the entire product suite; one or more D365 certifications required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 80%
