Description Job Description This position will be responsible for the successful management of all aspects of the company's employee recognition program. The position will collaborate with key partners across the organization to maximize employee engagement specific to the recognition program objectives and tactics. Responsibilities Consult with internal and external partners to evolve and execute the company's recognition strategy. Collaborate with HR and cross-organizational partners to understand business needs and employee expectations to inform strategic roadmap and drive program objectives. Partner with Corporate Communications to deliver program communications that support the company's recognition strategy, drive program participtation and maximize employee engagement. Build and maintain relationships with business unit ELT offices and recognition program champions to promote recognition program awareness, utilization and participation. Ensure positive employee experience through effective and efficient program operations and system administration, timely problem resolution, and successful planning and execution of recognition program sponsored activities and events. Proactive management of vendor relationships including adherence to contract terms, service level management and invoice processing. Management of annual program budget, forecast to actuals reporting, and program utilization and engagement metrics to measure program success. Support HR EVP Office in execution of employee experience strategy and initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 5 years of experience working in a large corporate setting. Strong focus on customer service and employee experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills. Ability to develop, manage, and execute project plans. Strong capabilities with standard office applications. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing recognition programs. Solid vendor management skills. Ability to be resourceful and think creatively to come up with new cost-effective and engaging ways to drive a strong culture of recognition.
