The Resideo organization is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable SAP Order Management person that will take on key responsibilities and projects in the SAP Order to Cash work stream. The successful individual will need to collaborate closely with globally distributed CandPS team to configure and solution the Resideo SAP system.Key Responsibilities:Primary liaison between the IT organization and the Customer Service teams for SAPLead the design, configuration and delivery of SAP Order Management applications globally in the form of deployments, enhancements and new implementationsDevelop and execute test plans and test scenarios for enhancements, new functions or projects.Coordinate and manage individual projects and vendor resources with business project leads, key champions and users across multiple time zonesInteract regularly with business management and key users to ensure they understand and are making full use of the system capabilities.Support and contribute to the respective Global IT vision and recommend ideas supporting applications and infrastructureSupport cross functions (Logistics, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Planning) on a as needed basis.Foster and maintain good relationships with key internal customers, Planning process owners and Super Users/ Planners.Demonstrate high level of communications skills, both written and verbalDeploy standard solutions across the order to cash portfolio, ensuring reuse of best in class solutions and adhering to a common process model throughoutStrong ability to lead brainstorming sessions, including process reengineering, design thinking and workshopsAbility to prioritize work within a fast-changing environment.You Must Have:Bachelor's Degree; Information Technology, Computer ScienceFunctional / technical proficiency with at least 4 years of experience in designing, configuring, analyzing and implementing SAP Sales and Distribution processes and solutionsInvolvement in 3 or more full lifecycle SAP projects from start to finishDemonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of external and internal customersWe Value:5 years of relevant experience in SAP Order Management data and processesStrong skills in, business processes development, applications knowledge, and data analysisProven experience in all facets of the software development life cycleExcellent documentation skills and an ability to work in a global environment with different cultures and time zonesAgile project execution methodology experienceStrong commitment to successCommitment to high ethical standards, equality and diversityIncludes:International and domestic travel: 20% peaking to 50% at times.Location: Minneapolis, MNResideo is a leading global provider of critical comfort and security solutions primarily in residential environments and distributor of low-voltage electronic and security products.
