Advertisement Date Posted: February 19, 2021 Department: 16000650 Enterprise Reporting Shift: Day (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Union Contract: Non-Union Weekend Rotation: None Job Summary: Understand system-wide data sources to act as the measurement resource for reporting. Create and generate technical reports following a defined process to meet the needs of the business unit. Serve as a data subject matter expert with content, workflows and procedures to meet customer needs. Job Description: Principle Responsibilities Customer management and support Provide end user support which may involve on-call work outside regular business hours. Learn and follow the processes for request management, incident management, change management and release management. Participate in stakeholder and user group meetings as needed. Function as technical reporting resource for business, escalating issues and problems to application support team, IT administrators, vendor, and/or management. BI Tool Development Develop reports for end users by defining parameters of information, testing and documentation. Document business requirements, receive validation and sign-off from stakeholders. Follow established department standards for reports and documentation. Manage requirement conflicts, build test reports and test reports for accuracy. Project management Participate on project teams which may include documenting project deadlines and milestones. Responsible for basic project planning for small projects and management of data delivery. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements High School or GED required Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business or healthcare related field. preferred 2 to 5 Years xxperience in data analysis, reporting and/or business intelligence. Advanced knowledge of business tools for creation and display of data.
