U.S. Bank Digital Platform Specialist in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Description

Support the sales of business products to existing and prospective customers who apply on our digital platforms. This role, which is located in a centralized contact center, has a primary function to proactively support clients who have applied for lending products online. Role will support clients via phone calls and email interactions. Will discuss a wide range of topics regarding products and application process using communication skills that exceed the customer's expectations. Interfaces with sales and underwriting staff to ensure client needs are responded to in a timely manner. May assist customer-facing units during times of peak volume to ensure a commitment to quality customer experiences.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Four or more years of sales experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Extensive knowledge of retail financial products and services, rates, terms, fees and regulations

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Effective problem solving

  • Proficient PC and keyboard skills

  • Thorough knowledge of systems and procedures

  • Proven commitment to high quality customer service

  • Good time management skills

  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems

  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
