Performs detailed requirements analysis, documents processes, and performs user acceptance in order to understand the problem, formulate the requirements and deliver the solution. Job Description: Principle Responsibilities Analysis and documentation. Identifies and defines business requirements. Constructs workflow charts and diagrams. Validates resource requirements and under direct supervision develops cost estimate models. Manages primarily routine requirement conflicts and escalates more complex requirement conflicts to senior level staff. Customer management and support. Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Implements, tests, and deploys solutions to business problems. Supports business transition and helps to establish change. Project management. Participates on project teams, develops project plans, and monitors project performance. Prioritizes initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred and Less than 2 Years experience in a business analyst role or related field required Leadership Capabilities See the Big Picture: Know where we are going as an organization.
