JOB REQUIREMENTS: Employee Type: Full time Location: IL Works from Home Job Type: Marketing Job Posting Title: Sr. Manager, Consumer Insights Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing and sales to create and implement a multi-year consumer-centric plan to impact, drive and/or sustain long-term category and brand health, including equity, awareness, and engagement. Support brand management and strategic marketing in developing a systematic approach to identifying e-comm innovation approaches Own insights framework, including the development of consumer understanding across Treehouse brands, portfolio categorization, consumer segments, etc. Collects quantitative and qualitative data on consumer buying behaviors and product perceptions Develops reporting and recommendations as input to brand marketing, and product development strategies/plans Deliver deep insights into the competitive landscape and key consumer segment needs, attitudes, and expectations to improve the effectiveness of marketing strategy, brand creative and execution, and media placement. Enhance analytics approach to marketing effectiveness in order to measure, validate and optimize the ROI across all critical elements of the marketing mix. These analyses will enhance marketing and campaign effectiveness, and in-store performance, through measured media and channel attribution. Leverage traditional and emerging techniques. Partner with Brand Teams to identify Innovation opportunities, based on consumer insights, fit with brand strategy, size of the prize (NPV, ROI), odds of success, and timing. Working closely with Sr. Director of Marketing to create a playbook for Treehouse Brands for Consumer Insights, Marketing, and Innovation within Treehouse; will chart how Consumer Insights collaborates across categories, and functions, setting clear expectations, creating tools, developing supplier partnerships, and provide ongoing reinforcement for the importance of the voice of the consumer Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience producing high-quality insights & analytics work, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry; this includes management and employee development experience Proven track record of delivering actionable business recommendations, influencing decisions, and impacting results Strong priority management skills so to ensure insights resources are leveraged and applied to the most important business issues Strong knowledge of multiple deep insight toolkit and processes, both quantitative and qualitative Digitally savvy, strong influencer, advocate for consumer Experience working with third-party suppliers ensuring they are aligned to our key deliverables and are driving impactful outcomes Proven strong oral and written communication skills; ability to explain difficult concepts and insights in simple, applicable business terms Solid...
