The Role: You are responsible for creating a superior customer experience (both internally and externally) while fulfilling orders. You will interact with warehouse team members as well as other departments. What You Get To Do Everyday: Pull and pack product for program shipments and customer orders. Process shipments using assigned shipping software. Prebuild program instructor kits for shipment. Pull inventory including pallets to stock individual workstation, as well as shared pulling locations using a manual pallet jack, motorized pallet jack or forklift. Load and unload all incoming deliveries from vendors and parcel carriers using a manual pallet jack, motorized pallet jack or forklift. Inspect deliveries for damages, verifies quantities, notifies warehouse manager of any issues. Maintain a clean work area, including and not limited to, personal workstation and warehouse common areas. Share responsibility for sweeping, trash removal, cardboard disposal, pallet staging outside. Notify warehouse manager of any issues with software or other technology issues. Set up Helpdesk ticket for IT to resolve issues. Assist with quarterly cycle counts of inventory, and end of year physical inventory. Process customer returns weekly. Assist with customer pick-ups. Help maintain a safe warehouse and follows all safety procedures. What You Bring To The Role: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 1-3 years of related work experience. Basic computer skills for email (Microsoft Outlook) and for shipping and tracking purposes. Must be customer focused individual who is detail- and solution-oriented. Courteous and professional demeanor, with a willingness to be helpful and polite to all customers internally and externally. Must be able to stand for long periods of time along with regular walking.
