Aerotek HR Generalist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
The HR Generalist will be responsible for serving as the main HR contact for the Milwaukee facility. They will be the face of the entire HR operation for that specfic location and will handle all of the day to day employee relations.
Responsibilities include: - Assisting with all functions of onboarding new employees - Scheduling and running new hire orientations and paperwork - Arranging all timesheets for payroll purposes - FMLA - Handling all employee relations issues - Assisting with investigations - Communicating HR policies and procedures with hiring managers and other team members
